Thank you so much for being a part of the Understory Labyrinth journey and supporting my small business dreams by becoming a member. Membership is the only place you can customize your piece/reserve a piece outside of shop launches.
MEMBERS WILL RECEIVE AUTOMATIC SHIPPING INSURANCE ON EVERY ORDER
(for usa only. international customers can purchase shipping insurance additionally. does not cover items stolen at your doorstep).
In the unlikely event your package gets damaged during transit, be rest assured you will be fully reimbursed.
All benefits listed below are included in your membership.
the only additional cost is shipping when you choose toad/gecko/axolotl/koi tier for a custom piece and
if you are an international customer outside of USA, there may be tariffs.
There are FIVE TIERS of membership you can join. You can join multiple to get your desired pieces:
Benefits Details:
You will receive one 10% off Coupon at beginning of month one and end of month six.
You will be able to access the shop in it’s entirety and click into each listing to see the details of each piece before it goes live. I will email you the password to access the shop at 6pm on launch day. No purchases can be made during preview hour.
The Next Shop Preview Hour will be on:

6:00-7:00 PM
Shop goes live for purchasing to members and email subscribers at 7:30 pm
Open to Public at 8pm
This may give you a speed advantage during updates as you will know which one to purchase immediately when it goes live. (Different from Email subscribers who get general photos as a preview).

This is a Great option for those who have issues attending shop updates or are not as quick (they often sell out fast). It will guarantee you a piece in 7 months.
Membership serves as a monthly deposit for your piece as you enjoy extra benefits. Must complete at 7 months of subscription to qualify. Your membership section will have a listing where you can submit your customization request.

This tier is for those interested in larger, more intricate "Storybook" pieces. These pieces require more sculpting and depict a magical scene from nature.
The Benefits are the same as the other tiers except you are getting your choice of a storybook piece which includes any of the following:

Rain frog reverse ping pot
C.
Tree trunk cloche greenhouse for epiphytes (6x10 inch dome) + handmade knob+ up to 5 embellishments
D.
Axolotl reverse ping pot (larger than axolotl tier)
E.
Turtle rock + plate (for pings)
F.
Gecko ping log + plate (for pings)
